Strategy

When lines are not straight, the eyes have no visual anchor. “Mixing up lines” is in fact the art of camouflage; and is the opposite of a straight line strategy. A strategy should be simple and easy to follow; visualized through boxes and colours. Life is after all easier in a ‘2 x 2’.

Strategy is a science and an art of employing the correct measures in achieving the desired goal; from a top-down approach fused with a bottom-up approach. There are so many great tools to utilize in your desire for a better tomorrow; hence there is no time to lose to get started.

The SCP-Framework is used for industry situation analysis that provides a complete understanding of current industry structure, players, conduct and their competitive performance over time. First published by economists Chamberlin and Robinson in 1933, and further developed by Joe S. Bain.

The SCP - Paradigm was originally an anti-trust tool created by the Chicago School to prevent growth for US tycoons, like Rockefeller. Michael Porter later turned the dice and converted it to a tool for growth. It sums up all strategic choices a company should deal with, whilst embarking on the journey for exponential growth.
